Bhubaneswar, (ONS):The leading Socio-Cultural Organization of the state Niladrivihar Youth & Cultural Association (NYCA) made

a courtesy visit with the king of Nepal His Majesty Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev during His Highness’s visit to the state Today. The team consists of its President Dr. Prakash Chandra Panigrahi, General Secretary Shri Biswajit Pattnaik (Silu) and some senior Members of the association meets the leaders and apprises the social welfare activities, Cultural activities, the silver jubilee celebrations of this year and other programmes undertaken by the Association. During the visit the members were discussed regarding the bi-literal matters related to the indo-nepal and the rich cultural similarity between both the countries were discussed and the king invited the members of the association to visit Nepal in relation to the cultural exchange programme. During the discussion The members expressed their gratitude to the king by offering a uttari, flower bouquet and souvenir carrying the activities of the Association and the king was asked the 24 year long activities of the association and praised the united motive of the youths for a such a long time and wish all success for the silver jubilee celebrations. Along with both the leaders were also signed in the visitor’s book of the association with blessings to the Association. During the visit among others the Orissa State working president of the Viswa Hindu Parishad Shri Badrinath Pattnaik, Member of the Gobardhan Pitha, puri Shri Suvendu Nayak, the officials and members came with the king were present. The inhabitants, intellectuals and sr. citizens of the locality praised this type of activities of the association.
