MAN organises annual day of ATC

Bhubaneswar, (ONS) : Manage Autism Now(MAN) organised the annual day of Autism Therapy (ATC) and Autism Awareness Day at Regional Medical Research Centre(RMRC).

Dr. Asoka Kumar Das, former Vice chancellor, Ravenshaw University graced the occassion as Chief Guest. The other dignitaries who attended the function were Maj. Gen. B.K Mohapatra, Chairman, Bharatya Vidya Bhavan, Buubaneswar Centre and Sri Satakadi Hota, President, Executive Body, ATC.

 The professionals of Chetna Institute staged a play-Mukta. Beside this, the MAN conducted a seminar cum pannel discussion on Austism. Dr. Nalini Menon, Director, Rainbow Centre for ASD,SpasticSocietyof Karnataka,Bangaluru.Dr. Suravi Patra, Department Psychiatry, AIIMS, Bhubaneswr and Dr. Anurupa Senapati, Dept. O.T ., NIRTAR, Olatpur were present in this seminar. The parents having special children were specially to attend the function.

Smt. Swarnalata Mishra, Chairperson, MAN Trust said: ‘ the main purpose of organising the function is to create awarenees on (Autism Soectrum Disorder) ) ASD and provide behavioral therapy to the children with the lelp of experts”.
