Essar Steel India Limited bags “Best CSR Impact Initiatives Award”
Bhubaneswar, (INS): Essar Steel India Limited (EStIL)has bagged “Best CSR Impact Initiatives Award” at National CSR Leadership Congress Summit 2019. The Summit was organised at Bangalore by Zee Business.
The award was conferred based on several key factors, which included the quality of CSR projects, their approach and impact on sociey. The Jury for the award comprised personalities associated with international development agencies, academia, corporate sector and government organsations.
Mr. Vikas Chandra Yadvendu, DGM, CSR, EStiL received the award on behalf of the company. The technical and panel discussion on various CSR aspects were held at the Summit. Over 100 delegates from different industries, Government bodies, Academia and diverse NGOs attended the Summit and award function.
“Essar Steel India Limited CSR Initiaves” is committed towards all round development of communities. It facilitates wide-ranging CSR initiatives in health, education, livelihoods, inclusion, women empowerment and skill development.
